"I usually never leave reviews for places, but I was treated so nicely from the second I walked into the facility. Immediately, when walking in I was greeted by the receptionist. She helped me check in and told me to have a seat and asked me if I needed anything. The waiting room was beautiful and so spacious. I was immediately seen by the nurse who was on call. I had an appointment with the orthopedic specialist. She was very nice and very accommodating. She didn’t show that she was annoyed in anyway just overall very nice. Then I was seen by the radiologist to take my x-rays and that lady was even nicer. I have to my visit was made just by this radiologist alome. We bonded over her maleficent scrubs. I wish I caught her name but I hope her management will know who I’m speaking of based on her scrubs. She was so sweet, she asked me about my day, what I have planned, how I hurt myself, and told me that she hopes I get better. And then I saw my actual doctor, Dr. Shane, he was very nice and thorough.He told me what was wrong, gave me my health plan, and gave me information for our future visits.Overall this was the best medical facility I’ve ever been to in all my life. Everyone treated me so well, they were all super professional. They showed they cared about me and my life without being too baring. The office in orland hills was beautiful and clean. Listen anytime someone tells me they need physical therapy or a orthopedic specialist I’m going to tell them about this place!"
"Daughter was supposed have her tonsils pulled, was told they would call to schedule which they did. We get to the appointment which took forever to bring her back all to find out they scheduled her for a consultation again. Highly not recommend!"
"My baby’s appointment was at 10:30. It’s now 11:10 and I am still waiting for the doctor to see her. Very disappointing."

"Purposely scheduled an ENT appointment for 8:30am so I wouldn’t be waiting forever like you do later in the day. 45 minutes later still not seen. What’s the point of making an appointment if it’s not going to be honored."
