"It took me 5 years to realize that medical office tries to drain your pockets and your insurance. The week before my annual checkup, I was infected with Covid and so I called his admins to let them know I was unable to attend. My symptoms were mild, and I had no complaints. I certainly did not request any follow-up phone calls from Magidow. Yet a week later, he calls me to check in on me for Covid. He asks some basic questions as to how I'm doing and does nothing else. The whole conversation lasted less than 6 minutes. In the next month, I receive a medical bill from his office charging me for telehealth visit for 30 minutes!! Keep in mind that I did not request this 6 minute call. Upon calling their office to complain, the office manager (his wife) disrespectfully and rudely denied my request. I told her I would no longer be visiting and she couldn't care less. Overall, I found their staff to be unprofessional and unhelpful."
