"The worst decision of my life was choosing Dr Sanjeeve Bhatia and for my hip surgery. I came out of the surgery in the worst and most excruciating pain I've ever felt. It felt like my leg was chopped off and I’ve been in horrible pain every day for over five years. Four months after my surgery Dr Bhatia quit his job and exited Ohio to go work in Illinois at Northwestern. He waited until my last post-op appointment four months after surgery to notify me that he intended to go back and work at Northwestern in Illinois. He also stated to me that he was unhappy at Mercy health that was part of his decision. It feels like I have femoral nerve damage now, but nobody will help. I should of been told beforehand that he was going to relocate. Had he done this, I could of went with an alternate surgeon and avoided the horrible experience both with him and his physical therapist. This experience has ruined my life. It has robbed me of my lifeforce, my favorite activities, income, relationships... it has completely changed my life for the worse and I regret the decision of hiring Dr Bhatia every day."
"My man here listened to me as a patient and set up a program for my individual needs in every way. He even offered other doctor's services for acute issues not addressed my my primary when sending me to a hip doc! He never pushed pills or anything unnecessary for rightful recovery (especially at my age). Very informative, understanding & accommodating. Go see this man before you talk to anyone else about your hips/low back."
