"officer Becton needs to learn the law. You can't just stop random citizens and demand their ID without RAS of a crime. Them "walking around aimlessly" is not a legal reason to stop and harass them demanding ID and detaining them. He illegally detained them. Suspicious activity is NOT a crime. Your officers need trained better"
