They answer stupid questions, almost to the point of telling you how to fix your own bike, and are just really helpful, patient, and polite. I wish I could work with these guys. My main contact on the latest visits was Christian (photo), who is everything a bike shop would want in an employee. I will definitely be back to this place."

"Dan's has always been very responsive to my repair needs and willing to provide quick service to my bike whenever I needed a small fix, but this past week, they went above and beyond. I had my bike in for a tune up a few weeks earlier, and most everything seemed to be in working order. However, after riding it a bit, I noticed a few outstanding issues, so I had to return to have them addressed. They quickly delved into the issue and addressed it with replacement parts, and since they felt they should have identified this in the tune-up, there was no additional parts or labor charge. It was very surprised and appreciative. If you are looking for a repair team that is committed to getting it right, look no further than Dan's."

"Excellent personalized service. I dropped off my bike to get the back rim replaced and received the call it was ready the next day despite having been given an initial 3 day turn around. They work fast and efficiently! There a great selection of road bikes, cruisers, hybrids at the shop for extremely reasonable prices. Definitely recommend, grade A service"
