"Rob is the best at what he does. Other bike shops call him when they need help. A Mechanics Mechanic so to speak. I bought internet bikes and attempted putting them together but they just weren't right. I called Rob, he told me to bring them in but that hes at least 2 weeks out. It took longer than that but he's super busy and feel it's worth the piece of mind that an actual expert is building my Bike. Price tag is $60 less than Main St bikes. When I picked them up Leah went above and beyond in helping me secure them to my car. They are the best! but know Rob is busy with professional cycling teams and he'll get to it when he can. He even put on a connector for my daughter's bike trailer. If your looking for the bike expert go here. Worth the wait!"

"I don't like leaving bad reviews, I don't like going out of my way but it felt necessary. If I could save the customer time and effort, it's worth the hassle of writing this. I Wouldn't recommend this place based on the poor service I received. I'm not sure it would be considered service. My bike was never worked on. I left my bike here for a change of brakes. Older bike. Required new brakes, new wire. He told me 2 weeks. Two MONTHS later.... nothing. I called for updates but was told 'next week, next week...' I understand businesses can be busy but I found him to be rude on top of it. I ended up picking up my bike taking it down the road to a different shop. Ps, No coffee shop."

Not only did he fix my brakes he oiled my chain and made some great recommendations for the future. His professionalism and knowledge are truly second to none. "a great shop made by great people. very knowledgabe and kind service! I was fortunate enough to walk in during a quiet time and had a freehub bearing serviced within an hour with some great chat. Don't walk out wthout a killer bag of 11 Jackson coffee. I'll be back if I have any other issues on my commuter or road bikes for sure. Thanks Rob and Anthony!"

"Seem like good guys, very nice and were helpful while at the shop. Did a good job replacing tires on my rims. My personal experience though was that follow-up is poor. Never heard back about getting a custom set of tires/rims for off-road riding after a few conversations."
