"I had to bring my son in for some neuropsychological testing. I sat in the waiting room for five hours while testing was going on. Jill at the front desk deserves a kudos and a raise. Most people coming in have neurological issues like forgetting appointments, getting agitated etc. Jill took care of these people with patience and dignity. She was very nice to each and every person even when they raised their voice. She has displayed true customer service that we don’t see very often anymore. Amita better keep her happy or it will be a big loss for them."
