"My mom and I had a horrible experience with Dr. Katarzyna Brodowska. When we arrived there at her office there were at least 20people and only one dr. My mom with stage 4 cancer and bleedings in the back of her eyes was sitting in a cold dark room for over 2h. She literally cried as she needed to take her pills and was beyond exhausted. When I told Dr. Brodowska that how they treat new patients is absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful she wasn't even apologetic. She have us all 5min of her time and couldn't wait for us to leave. You are not a patient there - you are just a $$$. They put as many patient as possible in one day which is disrespectful to patients but also stuff. As for the owners reply: Unfortunately, I disagree with with some things you said. I saw her taking a patient, after a patient, after a patient, after a patient ( patients that came after us) as the door was open in the room that we were in. They did not seem like they needed urgent care by any means. Additionally, One of the nurses even made a comment stating that she needs to take her "usual patients" first."

"Had the most thorough exam I've ever had. They got me in the same day I called. it seems I tore my retina and that left me with a hole in my retina. after the extensive exam - the MD was able to repair or stabilize the hole using laser technology. didn't take long, was painless and so far so good. I was impressed with the skill and thoroughness of the Doctor. I go back in a couple of weeks to make sure all is well - but for now? the treatment seems to have taken care of the issue. Highly recommend them."
