"On 6/20/19, on behalf of my father, I called his attorney, Mr. Thomas Britt, to seek clarification on his current legal matter. When transferred by the receptionist, Mr. Britt answered the phone with, “Get to the f***ing point.” I said, “Excuse me; are you talking to me?” He didn’t answer but asked what I wanted. After explaining the nature of my call and having my father give verbal consent to talk to me, Mr. Britt answered our questions. After thanking him for for his explanation, I asked him why he used profanity toward me when he took my call. He said he wasn’t talking to me. I advised him that his language and treatment toward me was unprofessional and uncalled for. He did not apologize nor did he apologize after I asked if he intended to admit his inappropriate comments. I thanked him his time, said goodbye, and hung up."
