This man has no business being a lawyer nor should anyone use him.My personal experience with him, representing me for my divorce, was a real nightmare.18 times to court and no one has ever heard of it..as well i was very sick,as i was going throw chemo therapy...he charged me over $32.000 dallars for this and i had too hirer another lawyer too make sure he was doing his job..then in the middle of my divorce as sick as i was was telling me about other peoples cases..as well telling me too find out other of his former clients who i knew if i could give him their addresses..i find this too be very unprofessional and very wrong..to this very day..im still not getting what the court order...my ex husband has never been held accountable for anything...i have talked too many others who have been taken advantage by this unprofessional attorney...please look for some one who will do their job right..my ex husband is in contempt court for everything on this court orded..and Mr Capozzoli doesnt do anything about it because he got what he wanted my money.. he only wants your money..he also was charge his clients for the time it took him too get to court..when he had other clients waiting for him on the same court house ..same day.. this man shouldnt be able too be aloud too be a lawyeras he is a con man..my next step will be reporting him too the Bar Associate..he should not be allowed too be a lawyer..what a con man he is...as well of his secretary is a drunk..i think i would be one too if i had too deal with him ..so some of the paper work i have has many mistakes in it,,i will for sure be adding this paper work in my complaint as well..."
