"Our experience with Mr. Jones was great. First of all, he has two super nice assistants staffing the office and patiently answering my repetitive questions and phone calls (because it is our first time working with a traffic/trial lawyer). When they connected me with Mr. Jones, he wanted me to text him the police report first so he can consult me in a more relevant and effective way. No other attorneys I called did this and it was all before I engaged him. He could have wasted his time and legal opinion if I had not hired him, but he wanted his client, even if potential, to have the ease of mind first. He is so friendly, experienced and knowledgeable, the zoom meeting with him to prepare the case and court appearance, his tactics and strategy to defend us in court, etc. all made us feel we were in good hands.
