"This Casey's is so hit or miss. Either their hot section and iced tea is fully stocked, or there's nothing at all. There's always an abundance of staff, though, that again, depending on the day is either very friendly, or won't even speak to you…?"

"Manager doesn't know what he is doing went. He doesn't even know if they're out of gas and he's getting mad at people"

"Used to frequent this location and was spending roughly $120 a week there. The employees always seemed like nice people even if they were on their phones throughout checking out at the register. Then a month or two ago an employee I didn't recognize started working nights and she is so unpleasant to interact with. I drive an extra 10 minutes to go to another location just because of her. She was a tall, incredibly unhealthy looking heavyset woman with green hair that moped around, refused to say hi to anyone even if you tried to greet her yourself, went out of her way to show she was intentionally ignoring you, acted like you were bothering her by buying something as if doing her job was an inconvenience... how such a rude and miserable person maintains employment in any public facing position is beyond me. Just being in her presence was a legitimate energy drag, even without her saying anything. If you hate your job so much, quit! Pursue something you enjoy! There was no specific instance that caused this review, I just couldn't deal with the dirty looks or the anger directed at business patrons anymore. I don't know if the positivity leech still works there, maybe I'll stop in again to see one of these nights. It's unfortunate to drive so far out of the way to avoid an interaction with someone but when you leave a business in a worse mood over and over again, it's worth it."

"Really bad location doing disservice to the Casey’s brand. Always understaffed and out of pizza. The restrooms are disgusting. I grew up in rural Iowa where Casey’s was a reputable brand. Honestly, I was very excited when they were coming to Chicagoland, but they obviously haven’t figured out how to work this market and continue offering a good product."

"Worst Casey's I've ever been to. I was initially quite excited to see that we finally got a Casey's in the area as I used to love getting their taco and breakfast pizzas before moving to Chicago. However, that excitement quickly disappeared and I have no plans on going back to this Casey's in the future. I ordered a pizza online at around 4:30PM and promptly drove to the store. Arriving shortly before 5PM I'm confused to find the kitchen closed. Nowhere does it say that the kitchen closes this early so I ask the single employee I can find. He knew very little about the kitchen, but said they closed it at 2PM and he didn't know anything about pizza orders. They still had prepared food sitting in the warmers, so I'd hate to know how long that had been sitting there. As I could get no help from the employee on my order, I decided to leave. Two hours later I received a call letting me know the kitchen wasn't open and I shouldn't come pick up my pizza (no surprise there). I attempted to reach out to Casey's on their website a few days ago to talk to them about my poor experience, but have not received any response. Bottom line, if you want to go to a decent Casey's or just a decent gas station, don't go here."
