I've retained a few lawyers over time and I can honestly say that Keith is working at same level and capacity as a Public defender . After the discovery came in he showed no sing of making any effort to file any motion to suppress any evidence .. When I went to drop off a payment and go over the discovery . He had me wait in waiting room longer than the actual discovery walk through. During the meeting he insinuated to me that the first offer was my only offer on table he specifically told me he would reach out to me after his attempted to get another offer. Never heard from him again on any update on him "supposedly attempting to get another plea offer." Instead he files a motion to withdraw from the case ... His reason was lack communication , last time I was aware HE was the one that was suppose to reach out to me with an update. As we showed up to court I had his last payment of $1,900 told me to keep it. Mind you that court date was a plea hearing. Over all a very DISINGENUOUS experience with Keith Venema . LIKE HE TOLD ME "SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GET REPRESENTATION ELSE WHERE." 3 years practicing law but performing at a public defender level."
