"I had a teacher ask me how long it would take to forget information learned from the class and I said about 4 months just to entertain the conversation; sure enough after I took time off work to study and pass the class, this institution held on to my transcripts for 4 months before sending it to PSA so I can take my licensing exam. I went back and forth for months with this school bc they kept saying they sent in my transcripts while PSA was telling me that they never had proof of the 75 hours I need to sit for the licensing exam. I missed getting my license by two points and it’s been 5 years; I’m still struggling to get it bc I now work 50+ hours a week and can’t afford to take time off. Update: I call the number and as expected they offer for me to enroll in the course again. Thanks, but I’ve enrolled with another school. What a waste of time and resources. Some people will do anything to manipulate their way for some extra change at someone else’s detriment. They claim that there was a typo with a SSN number but why did it take four months to figure out? And when I did address that with them they still took their sweet time to fix the issue. They’re not getting another dime from me. Good luck."

"I kept hearing from everyone that the managing broker exam was changed in 2021, making it extremely difficult to pass. I was a bit nervous going into the class, but the instructors in the live seminars were very thorough and kind, and the additional test prep materials that the Real Estate Institute provided me with were extremely helpful in preparing me to take the test. I was able to complete the live webinars and all of the study material in a 3 week period. I took the managing broker exam this past Friday and I passed both the state and national test on my first attempt. Everyone at the Real Estate Institute was super responsive which I appreciated. Every time I called the real estate institute to ask a question about login help or about the test everyone that I spoke with was encouraging and super nice! I’m now considering teaching Real Estate eduction courses because I enjoyed their way of instructing so much."

"The main speaker for this course is engaging and knowledgeable! Not obnoxious like another company I used last year. There were some bugs that I noted to the developer and won't mention in detail here, but they were worth dealing with for the higher quality content. My main discord was with one of the educators, whose body language and disjunct communication style were distracting, and who merely read the slides verbatim--boring. This educator was only on a small section of the course, thankfully :)"

"I love this school! They offer great customer service support, are easy to get a hold off and will assist with any questions you may have regarding your beginnings in your Real Estate career. I took my initial pre-licensing course with them and now I am enrolled in the Managing broker's course, to upgrade the license that I already have. Would highly recommend them to friends and family!"
