"Both my kids are learning swimming from Big Blue from their childhood. We love how organized and clean they are. Never had trouble with scheduling classes or rescheduling make up classes. Their app is very handy to look at the kid’s progress. Special kudos to Coach Mike who makes the class interesting and funny for the kids!! Coach Mike is great with big kids as well as small kids!"
"Be ready to pay for nothing! And a lot of it! they reverted our make up lessons without explaining the policy prior. They can cancel with no notice and will make sure you don’t understand the policy well enough so you can miss your makeup lessons and they just deduct from your account for nothing. Well - nothing around in Buffalo grove so one doesn’t have alternatives so these guy just pry on your $."

"Besides the facility being clean, I appreciate that teachers care for their students. My son is currently in baby2 class and they make it more fun when we sing the opening and goodbye songs. They also make sure that our vouchers are being used before they expire and I appreciate that they make time to call me to schedule make-up classes for my son. The experience has been great so far. The teachers that I’ve met are very nice and caring."
