"My husband and son went to get a haircut today before he starts school this coming Monday…got totally ignored for about 10 minutes and this isn’t the first time…but we keep give chances after chances but it’s always either certain student barbers only want “special clients” because they claim to charge more than others. What I don’t understand is how can you turn away clients when you’re a student trying to perfect your craft? But it’s only towards certain ppl! I have sat there plenty of time with my husband and watch how they decline certain ppl to others. This is not the way ppl and it’s certainly not professional."

"A lot of the bad reviews stem from one off experiences in the past. This place is definitely worth going to. If you are under the assumption that this is your typical 5 minute haircut place, you are wrong. These barbers are students who are trying to learn and most have competitive/perfectionist mindsets and take their time to make your hair look perfect. If you aren’t willing or don’t have an hour or so to wait patiently for them to master their craft, don’t come here. If you do, prepare of some of the best cuts you’ll ever get."

"so i’ve been going to this barbershop for almost two years but not long ago when i went here again to get my haircut it was messed up completely, it wasn’t what i wanted and i was very unsatisfied with what i got. The owner is a very nice person and is very knowledgeable and some barbers are also good but at the same time some don’t even know what they’re doing or are talking to the other barbers. I had two instances where i was getting a haircut awhile back in February 2022 and i heard the guy say “I don’t know what i’m doing” it worried me a lot and left me very unsatisfied, another time is when i went for a simple haircut just an undercut with some trimmed off the top to leave an overhang, instead of this the barber asked for help from another barber but he didn’t even know what the hair cut was about and didn’t even ask any questions about what type of haircut i was going for and instead cut it differently and it was not what i wanted, this place has been like a mystery you don’t know if your hair will turn out good or bad. This is the last time i’ll be coming here i’ve been giving this place many chances but i’ve gotten nothing but embarrassment after having to go back to school."
