She made it so easy to understand what I was supposed to be doing and what the moves did for our body. It was fun, relaxing and allowed me some much needed downtime to just be present in the moment. "I took a restorative candlelit holiday inspired yoga class with Steph at Sliver Lotus yoga, and it was absolutely wonderful. It was relaxing, her music was so festive, and she made the class interesting and fun. She explained each pose in detail and gave many suggestions on how to modify. I loved how she was able to get me to stay focused and centered throughout the entire class. She did a wonderful job! Take Steph’s classes!"
