"Some of the drivers seem to not want to deliver to rural address. Make any excuse to not attempt delivery. Call support doesn't. Website fine... IF you know password . Good luck on reset. Packages left in driveway instead of covered carport.... in the rain. ( A small, light package. I thought it was trash. I did run over it. Lucky it missed the tires.) Some drivers professional, friendly. Some !"
