ACS Cornerstone is a private Christian school located at 355 North Cross Street in Sycamore, Illinois, United States. Accredited by the Association of Christian Schools International, we offer educational services for students from preschool through 8th grade, with high school students continuing their education at Aurora Christian High School. With a rich history of forty-five years in DeKalb County, our mission is to prepare students for the future while fostering a strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
At ACS Cornerstone, we prioritize providing a quality education from a biblical worldview, helping each student reach their academic potential and develop habits of service to others. Our goal is to lead students to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, educate them from a Christian perspective, and prepare them to serve Christ and their community.
As an ACSI-accredited school, we offer programs for PreK-8th grade students of all races and backgrounds. We strive to create an authentic Christian community where students can grow in faith, character, and leadership skills. Our ultimate aim is to see our students make a positive impact in the world as purposeful, productive Christian adults.
With over four decades of experience, ACS Cornerstone has been a pillar in DeKalb County, providing a quality education and shaping leaders of character. As a self-funded institution, we do not receive operational funding from local or state government, allowing us to maintain our commitment to academic excellence and Christian values.
We welcome students of all backgrounds and abilities, while reserving the right to deny admission to individuals who may not benefit from our educational program or whose lifestyle conflicts with our Christian values. At ACS Cornerstone, we are dedicated to nurturing the whole student - academically, spiritually, and morally - to prepare them for a life of service and impact.
