There are no additional fees for using this location for pickup or dropoff, and online shopping return packages with pre-printed FedEx labels can also be dropped off here. Packages will be held for up to 7 days before being returned to the nearest FedEx facility. International packages with a U.S. originated address are accepted, and all packages must include a completed printed label using a FedEx account number or credit card payment.
It is important to note that this location does not provide shipping or packing materials, so all packages must be "ready to ship" with the package fully closed, in good condition, and with a printed shipping label affixed to the box. For assistance with packing supplies or help packing items, customers can visit a nearby FedEx Office location or select participating FedEx Authorized ShipCenter or Office Depot OfficeMax locations.
