"I will not order anything that has to use this service.DHL. I ordered dec 10. Supposed to get dec 16. Being calling and chatted. Information says it arrived at hazel wood location where package said arrived Christmas Day. Poor service. Still didn’t get. Came to location on dec 28 to be told can’t locate. They continued to look after asking for manager. Tried to explain I would need to do claim. Not acceptable. Why should I do leg work to locate the package you lost. Explained they should be looking for a box. They found the package somewhere it should not have been. It feel off belt or something. I don’t care about what happened behind the scenes. Make it right. Found the box. No apology or anything. Poor service all the way around for me. Another company loses business due to bad service of anther."
