I reached out to Jones Elder Law, LLC to make an appointment for setting up a medical and financial POA for my grandmother, as well as inquiring about advanced directives, amendments, and other estate related items. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because they may very well be a perfectly capable firm. I don't know and will likely never know because they never returned my call. My family and I ended up working with one of the few attorneys that returned our call."
