"Very shocked this place is still in business. I have never met more incompetent, rude, and outright vile people than those who work at the front desk and the office manager. I don’t understand why the physicians still work here as they are much better than the POS staff that work behind the scenes. After reading all of the other reviews, I truly don’t know how they can sleep at night knowing what they have done to people struggling with mental illness. I honestly feel sorry for them because they obviously lack empathy and that’s a sad life to live. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!"

"This review is for the facility and management and is not a reflection of Renae Wortz. I’ve been a patient here for 2.5 years. Last week I was called regarding my card on file not working (fine, it was expired). My balance was $121. My next appointment isn’t until June so I thought nothing of it as I’d just call eventually and update (it’s April). Well, they canceled my appt for June due to this. So, a patient who needs care and serious medication, they deemed this is the appropriate way to manage such an issue. I called to pay my balance and to permanently separate myself from this facility."

"Amir Raad is an amazing and empathetic provider. The front desk staff was helpful as well when I needed clarification about something. My favorite thing though is that they have flexible hours and telehealth options. For someone that works during the day it's super helpful to not have to take off work to see my provider."

"Dr. Sarpana Choski is the best psychiatrist I’ve ever had. I have seen a ton of others in 20 years. She’s helped get my mental health back in order to prescribe the medicine that I need in order to reduce my depression anxiety. I highly recommend her!!! Moreover she is the Dr. that listens to how you’re doing before prescribing meds!!!"

"I met Doctor Sapana Chokshi 22 years ago, when I committed myself in Good Samaritan Hospital for severe depression and mood disorder . I followed Doctor Chokshi and her husband to their practice in Hinsdale. The doctor was treating my illness until 12/8/2022.when the Doctor Terminated her service in treating my Severe Bipolar Disorder. I called the office too complain about $100 no charge fee on 12/8/22, when the receptionist was not being understanding and that made me agitated and I raised my voice, Remember I am BiPolar in the middle of new medication with a 20 mg increase and cancelled the appointment with doctor Chokshi the day before because I was having a reaction from the bipolar medication. I received a call within seconds from upper management informing me that Doctor Chokshi is terminating our contract for disrespecting the staff and will be sending me a letter over the mail. I received the letter today and no personal note from the doctor and only 30 day supply for 5 medications that doctor had been subscribing. How am I going to find a psychiatrist in 30 days to fill five prescriptions in 30 days that’s impossible to not ever go to this doctor. She doesn’t have a heart."
