The female manager with blonde hair is the most absolute rude and extremely DISRESPECTFUL person I have experienced since I have been with BofA. Having moved across country and being in customer service myself for over 20 years concerns me. Just BECAUSE OF HER. It might be a good idea to go back to chase. Or maybe she needs to work remotely because she is clearly bringing her issues at home to work with her. And I dare her to overlook this review. I will be calling corporate to let them know they need someone with a better grip on life to handle this Location."

"Unfriendly staff. Just went in for a quick service on my account and had to wait for 15 mins in Cashier line they couldn’t help me and ask me to wait for a banker. No banker was available and waited for 15 mins and a banker came and asked if I have checked in and it will be a 30 min wait. Waste of time for a wealth management client."
