"My partner and I am supposed to be buying a home brokered for the seller through these people. One that required us to pay 1500 for electrical repairs before it was even saleable, and we paid it since it was supposed to be a "short sale". We moved in 3 months after we were supposed to have signed our mortgage, on contract. It is now 6 months later, and after almost 9 months of dragging things out (we had our newborn a month before we moved in) they're trying to foreclose on the sellers and kick us out of our contract so they can try and get more money from other sellers because they didn't like the amount the sellers and I agreed upon. We are now likely going to have to lawyer up to get the money back we've put into the house already. These people are unprofessional, greedy, and shady. I will never stop telling this story to everyone I know or forget the name gateway mortgage group/bank."
