"Update I still have not received a refund from Mike Benson office, and he is not helpful at all if you have any difficulty with trying to file your bankruptcy case. He could have filed an affidavit on my behalf, but his office chooses to give me the run around. Buyer beware if you have any problems, he will just take your money and not help you. I don't recommend this office or attorney. Do you research and go somewhere else. It has been a month since I gave Mike Benson my money and I turned in all my paperwork and still my case has not been filed. Over the last month I have been told many excuses why he is taking so long to file my case. Upon calling the office are going into the office he is never there and as of today my case has not been filed. Trying to get a refund and having a hard time even getting any answer about anything. For example, why my case is still not filled. I would give this office a negative star."
