She could not have been any more pleasant or helpful. She went out of her way to make sure that I got everything I needed today as conveniently as possible. Great customer service!"

"My son put my credit card in their machine connected to the bank. The machine took the credit card and would not return it. My son went inside to tell one the staff. The staff member was rude and told him to tell me that my credit card is gone and to get another one. I called and talked to another staff member. She stated the machine been having problems. I stated that if it has been having problems why are you letting people use it. She stated it is nothing she could do about it and that I will not be able to get my credit card back. The credit union should be more responsible with the services that they offer."

"I've banked here for about 7 years or so. It's a good bank, don't usually have many issues at all. Biggest complaints: outside atm (not the one up front attached to the building) is down a lot. And when you go to the drive up thing where you put your stuff in the tube and send it up, half the time it seems like there is only one person working inside and the wait gets a bit ridiculous. You can sit there for 10+ minutes before anyone in any of the lines moves!"
