In the past, they had an employee who was a bit of a chore to work with (and a few reviews here reflect that point in history), but the current team is truly a blessing to work with! They go above and beyond to make sure your items are shipped promptly, and any concerns you might have are addressed. We can't imagine going anywhere else to do our shipping!"

"Hi! I wanted to put some positivity out there with regards to the post office as I have been a resident during the times they received more mixed reviews. I have notice in the past year and a half that they have improved and provided great service each time I come. They take time to answer questions and advise on best shipping and even when I call for specialty deliveries or packages they have been on top of it AND it is a cute hometown post office. Not super busy so quick in and out!"

"Post mistress very short with customers, like she hates that part of her job. Needs to be able to actually listen to customers questions to provide the the correct answer. The rest of the staff has always been good and helpful to me, I appreciate that. Maybe Post mistress needs to stay away from the counter and let the friendly folks help the customer, As she is no help. One mans opinion !"

"The employee here Sandy is very VERY RUDE and I'm sure other locals that frequent this post office would agree! It's a shame that our hard earned tax dollars are going to employees like her! Very unwelcoming attitude and rushes customers. Never goes out of her way to help and has a very unpleasant attitude and sharp tone whenever asked a question. She acts as if your business there is inconveniencing her. I've dealt with her on numerous accounts and it's the same result EVERY TIME! I understand the Post Office is a fast paced work environment but, that is NO excuse for the low level of customer service coming from her! Just look for a maybe 5'7" tall thinner woman in about her late 50's with glasses and blonde hair that's her just so you know. I will be contacting corporate to complain now since I've finally had enough! On a positive note Laurie I believe her name is, on the other hand who is newer I believe, is very polite and always helpful. Always does her best to answer questions too."
