"I really like FNB better. But, unfortunately FNB was bought out by Associated Bank. I like the people there, not necessarily the management. It serves my purpose for the most part. But, if I want a small loan of $10,000 or less, I would apply elsewhere because Associated Bank won't lend that small of an amount."
"Don't work with this bank. They can't even accept online payments from chase bank and keep giving late fees that I have to go through hell to get reversed when it's their antiquated systems at fault."
"Rude and incompetent staff. Made error when accounts were transferred from First National Bank to Associated Bank regarding late family member's investments. Filled out tax forms for investments at branch which are now unable to be located. Branch manager and customer service department of no help. Wouldn't trust this bank to manage the finances of a lemonade stand."

And makes the baking experience smooth and enjoyable. Mrs. Jen Steinmann was a pleasure to do business with... She was also very professional, to the point and very informative... She answered all my questions and had me up and ready to go within 20 minutes. I walked out a happy customer... I highly recommend any Associated Bank branch, but especially the Bethalto location... as well as the Staunton branch...I appreciate you ladies... Thanx Again Dustin Hickey"
