"I am a local guide that has over 100 thousand people who read my reviews so hopefully this helps. I PAID this compay in advance for a pool opening, they did the job I paid for. Later they billed me for almost another 400 dollars for "pool cleaning" services that I had never signed up for. They also tried to charge me 2 thousand dollars for a new pool pump that I got off amazon for 200 dollars (always go to Amazon first) This company is not an honest company and makes a living off financially extorting customers because they are the only service around. DO NOT USE them. Feel free to contact me and I will come clean, open and close your pool and handle your maintence issues for much less. Note: In this response the company makes up multiple lies. I had never ordered weekly pool cleanings nor did they ever turn my pool blue like they claim. I have cameras and photos to prove this. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. I own two successful companies and understand the importance of honesty and positive business ethics and this company does not. The people who manage this company are liars and bad people. At one point one of their pool guys even reached out to me and said "for some reason they want us to clean your pool today but I know you still need a new pump and didnt think you wanted weekly services". Their own workers also don't disagree with me, they will admit that their company only cares about extorting customers for money, they just won't say it openly to their management. This company is a JOKE and im laughing so hard that they think they will ever see a penny from me lol. Don't waste your time, if you need my lawyers contact info we can do this otherwise drop the bill and find Jesus because your values are really messed up. Don't self sabotage your business over a $395 extortion fee."

"Not alot of products available in the chemicals department this year during the summer. Seemed like we were only able to get liquid chlorine at this location all of this past summer. They would tell us that tabs would be available but when we would go they would sell out quickly. They will test your water for a small fee if you are having problems getting the water clear in your pool/ spa. We tried purchasing a liner from this location this year but they told us that none were available not even to order. We ended up finding one at a different pool store but was able to purchase a winter cover at this location."

"We purchased an “all inclusive” above ground from J98 Bids for Bargains in 2017. The staff was more than helpful to answer ALL our questions (and we had A LOT). They were very patient with our back and forth schedule due to other construction going on in same location. The installation was impressive, quick and professional. We LOVE our pool !! At the end of season they offered a (free) Saturday learning session helping all the “newbies” to learn how to close the pool for the winter. It was step.by.step. very helpful and informative. Three years later we are still in love with our pool, and even more so, appreciate the entire teams knowledge and 2nd to none customer service."
