"The hours on the sign mean nothing. I work Monday - Friday during the same hours the post office is open so normally the only day I can go is Saturdays to pick up a package. Over the past couple of months, there’s very few times I’ve went and someone was actually there. Then I get a notice in my box my package will be returned to sender if I don’t pick it up. I tried calling to ask them what I do in this situation and no one picked up so I left a voicemail and they never returned my call. Again today, there was nobody there. I bet by next Saturday, I will have a notice in my box saying it will be returned to sender and who knows if anyone will even be there. There’s been a few times that I’ve been off in the afternoon on weekdays for appointments and would stop by around 12:35 to grab a package and no one was there although it says the hours are 9:00am-1:00pm and 2:00pm-4:00pm. Seems like if I want to receive my packages, I need to take time off of work to get them."
