"I recently contracted Montway for car transport. The sub-contractor they brokered our contract to - KLM Transport, damaged the front of our car. A month later, Montway has made no progress in contacting the sub-contractor to repair the damages. Additionally, in asking for a phone call and explaining my dissatisfaction from a legal perspective, all I received was a citation of Commercial law indicating they have no liability in the situation. And no phone call. It is important that everyone know: 1. KLM does business from a gmail address, and their corporate, sales, and customer service phone numbers go straight to voicemail. 2. They even refuse to answer inquiries from the broker who paid them. 3. They are the equivalent of a Craigslist service for car transport. KLM Transport's support efforts were piss poor, and their communication efforts were spent pretending they don't receive e-mails or phone calls from the brokers who pay them or their indirect clients. While the driver was nice (after he damaged our car), the company as a whole is basically a Craigslist operation who you should not do business with."
