"Very unresponsive, unreliable and poor overall service. We had our package shipped in September and were given 3-4 months expectation on the delivery but until now, it’s still not received and no update on where it is now. When I called, had to try multiple times because one of the numbers on their receipt doesn’t work and the other goes straight to a voicemail. When some guy finally answered, he is not very accommodating. Don’t use their service."
