"JUST HORRIBLE! This company and its drivers just couldn't be any worse! My daughter with multiple disabilities has used this service. Drivers don't show up on time, sometimes don't show up at all without any notice. Dispatch doesn't answer the phone! Drivers get lost don't know where they are going. This company shouldn't be in business, in my opinion."
"This family owned company drives special needs kids to school and back. They treat these children with respect and care along with their parents, teachers and aides. And it's a fun place to work. They treat their employees very well. Good pay too."
"They are awful about time schedule, Bus is always late about 20-40 mins at least 2-3 times in 5 school days and every week. I tried call them to solve or understand the reason but they didn’t come up with any response. I filled complaint to department of business and waiting to further steps. If time matter for you I highly recommend you to look for other options."

When I was done, I thought to myself wow the customer service and the experience I had when I filled out the application was amazing. I was so impressed with this place, I gave my prior employer 2 weeks notice, because I wanted to work here. This place is amazing to work for. The people are phenomenal. Everyone helps out everyone. This is the true meaning of family. I am so proud to be an employee at Safeway Transportation in Wheeling. I am also close to home as well. If you want a job as a monitor and School Bus Driver come work here, I highly recommend it :)"
