After two weeks company provided me with new Freightliner Cascadia. I had an outstanding experience with Direct Motor Lines. The managers, general director, and dispatchers were exceptional in their professionalism, communication, and dedication to drivers (long miles and good pay options even for the new fresh graduates). The managers demonstrated strong leadership skills, ensuring that all operations ran smoothly and efficiently. The general director (Gela) exhibited a clear vision for the company’s success and implemented strategies that resulted in excellent service delivery. The dispatchers were efficient and responsive, always keeping me informed and updated on my shipments. Overall, I highly recommend Direct Motor Lines for their exceptional management team and top-notch service. Left the company because I got job in my area (marketing)."

"After requesting a quote on Google to ship my car from FL to NY. I was contacted by one of the Pride Car Shipping agents. The agent then contacted Direct Motor Line. I’m delighted that Vlad was the driver. He was incredible, and he communicated well. My car was picked up, on the same day that the assignment was received. Vlad assured me everything will be alright and the car will arrive in NY 3-4 days. He kept his word and my car arrive in NY just right at the time he promised. Everything was smooth. I’m very satisfied with the Direct Motor Line service."

"I’m giving the company a 2 for fast and quick delivery but that’s about it. I just got my car fixed for over 5 k before I left Minnesota and it was fresh out of the shop. I was very adamant with the driver to be very careful because of this. When I arrived to California, and looked at there was a dent on the drivers side with the hub cap on and the bumper was in dis-alignment. They seemed to be careless in delivery. I was disappointed cause I was very clear in directions as well. I will file an insurance claim, but why do this business if your going to be careless with others cars. I wouldn’t choose this company and instead look into something else and take pics of before and after. Protect yourself. Drivers name was Alex."
