"This is a wonderfully friendly place to bank. The feeling of community and personal attention is unequaled, and literally everyone I encounter there does their job well, and with a smile. Moreover, the cost of doing business there is more than reasonable, which is what initially attracted me. Highly recommended! I should add that in 2020 at Northside Community it was a simple process to apply for and receive a Paycheck Protection Program loan from the SBA. Some local businesses I spoke with, applying at other larger institutions, had a difficult time obtaining this loan or were simply labeled insignificant and subsequently ignored. Some told me they felt lost in the shuffle. Once again, the personal touch is why I do business at this bank."

"Terrible place. Had a check issued from this bank. However they don’t cash checks issued from their bank unless you are a member. Okay, so I asked to become a member and was told it would take a week to be able to cash my check. What??? Horrible! Let’s just make up a bunch of stuff to make things super difficult for customers. Is this even a real bank or credit union?"
