"Management gives no training. Drivers are pushed to work 14 hour days then then get upset when you get tired. They only care about getting the job done even at the cost of constant turnover. Coworkers will stab you in the back too. No stability here. Drivers are not happy. All that matters is making money no matter who they have to ride like a borrowed donkey. Drivers have violations on a regular basis from being dipatched too many miles and/or miles and stops. AVERAGE dispatch is 480 miles and three stops. Just not worth killing yourself to satisfy the terminal manager."
