"I've given EZ Pack N Ship five stars however they're not quite consistent enough; BUT I still say, support the store! I think the owner is certainly above average and interested in giving his customers a good service. I have been using them for years. I won't bore you with any small grievances (&, over the years, there have been a few) but the latest puzzling thing is; I am curious why they advertise making custom boxes yet if you go into the store and ask for a custom box they will tell you "we're only going to make you this custom box if you are going to ship with us". You might want to clarify that on your website. All in all though, they can probably help you in a quick and efficient and mostly friendly way. Give them a try"

"I only used their Wellprint service for TSA background check, they don't care about the appointment times and will take you immediately if not serving another customer. They only want to know you've actually made an appointment. In and out in 10 minutes 90 minutes before my appointment."
