The dispatcher training program was comprehensive and well structured. The instructors - Elizabeth, Oxana , Victoria and Alexandra were well-informed and experienced in this matter. Learning in QuickBook was equally impressive. Instructor Iryna patiently and in detail explained the functionality of the software.
