"Excellent service beginning to end. Starting with Joseph my agent who explained and walk me through the process of shipping my Toyota Corolla to Florida. The dispatch, Sam, who was very patient and caring for my concerns. She arranged Daniel Nunez to pick up the car on Wednesday and he was already delivering Friday morning. Daniel was wonderful with loading and off loading my car safely. I was very impressed from the professionalism and communication from all. Again, Thank you very much for everything. "I booked with another company to pick up my car on July 5th. they never showed up!!! I called last minute to B.A Auto Transport and Shipping, Bobby told me that all of the brokers work with a national board and he see my car on the board for very low price and this is why no one picked my car. I called the other company several times and emailed them but without respond. I asked Bobby if he can help me out in this short notice as my flight was the day after at noon. He said he will try his best and get back with me shortly. after 20 minutes a girl named Mary called me and told me she from the dispatch and as per Bobby request she found for me a carrier to pick up my car but only in the evening and my flight was noon time. She asked me if I have a friend or relative to leave my car with for few hours but the only friend I have in this area was working and couldn't do it for me. Mary told me not to worry, she will call me back in a few minutes. as she said, so she did! few minutes later she called me and gave me an address where to leave my car on the way to the airport and even gave me the phone number for a taxi to take me to the airport from there. AMAZING service I must say!!!!! it did cost me a little bit more in the end than I originally planned but they manage to make it happen in a few hours ( the other company couldn't find me a driver in the 2 weeks I was booked with them!). "My boss recently bought a car in IL and needed to move it down here to TX. He is pretty anal about everything and he placed all the responsibility on me to have it moved by certain dates, certain prices and very precise accommodations. I was a bit scared and skeptical because I didn't want to upset him and cause any problem with my job. I called a couple companies and a guy at the dealer gave me the number to B.A Auto Transport. He said most of his clients and even the dealer used them to move cars and they were pretty good. I called them up and told them how important this move was and all the conditions it needed. I was so glad to hear they treated with the same importance as I did and offered me a great service. I booked up the transport and had it moved on the exact days. I asked my boss if it was OK if they delivered a day earlier and he said he needed for the date he had given me, so IK panicked! But B.A Auto Transport was able to keep the car at a save terminal for another day and then safely deliver the car first thing in the morning. To my boss's surprise when he got to the office that morning the car was already there. He's not big with compliments but as he passed by and said good morning he gave me a smile.
