"Driving I 20 today, one of your truckers was being negligent and almost caused a major accident around mile marker 166 approximately 20 minutes ago. When the trucker turns on their blinker it should mean the same thing to all drivers, I want to change lanes. It does not mean I know you are there, but I don’t care!!!!
