"Not only is the staff here unprofessional and rude, but the owner is as well. This location charges a fee to “tape the box” on Amazon returns when it says they should be free of charge. I’ve never had this experience at another UPS location. The employee I dealt with was rude to a level I’ve seldom experienced in customer service. The manager then screamed at my husband for trying to throw a small, empty, broken down box in the dumpster outside - for reasons surpassing understanding. I would never, ever, return to this location and I would think UPS would be concerned about the operations at this location and the effect they will have on their reputation. My experience was so unpleasant I’ve made a similar review to corporate as well. Worst UPS location I have ever been to, hands down."
"This place is unprofessional to start and unknowledgeable. This location charges a fee to ship while my RETURN IS PAID FOR. I have been to franchise UPS and no one charges a fee to ship on a return that is paid. The employee was rude and had no customer service etiquette. Needless to say I will never come here for my shipping needs as they are rude, unkind, and charge you for no reason. Worst location I have ever been too."
