"4 stars; could've been 5 but here is why: Tina saved this company's rep big time. Just spoke to her on the phone; very pleasant, very sweet; very competent; due diligence and follow through is excellent; she is a field and delivery manager for fed ex ground. Here is why I had to talk to her. I ordered internet for my new apartment; had a tracking number was anxiously waiting for this router and modem all day (had the day off and all the timing just worked out perfectly) when it finally arrived; the driver walked up to my building and I thought, "this has to be mine :D" So i keep the door propped open with my foot, reach back into my apartment to grab my wallet because it was frigidly cold outside and I am sure his job was crappy that day because of how unbearably cold it was. When I turned back and stepped into the hallway, he made eye contact with me, looked back down and threw the package on the ground, as I stared at him with money in my hand. Jerk. If you hate your life and your job, that's great, then quit and find a new job or get a hobby to make you happy. Do NOT throw my deliveries around, if you ever have the pleasure of delivering to me again, let us all hope I am not there and let us hope that my camera catches you in the act, because oh how I would love to put that on a loop and show it to everyone that lives in my complex. Grow up and quit acting like an idiot. Better yet, shall I throw something valuable of yours on the ground while you watch me do it? Dear delivery man, Screw you. Dear Fed Ex, I still love you, and will continue to use you because you still rock in my book and your customer service RULES!!! "
