"I went in with the prepaid label. I was not aware that I had to pay for an envelope. I asked where I could find the envelope. The employee pointed me to the corner. Then I asked which one I could use for Ground and showed him 4 pieces of paper I wanted to ship. He said any is fine. Instead of advising me on the best option to ship 4 papers. I felt like their goal was to let me pick the most expensive envelope even though I really did not need that. I told them they should advise their customers what is best for them. Silence."

"Went to the UPS store today wanted to send a package overnight. They told me they couldn’t get it there till Tuesday. I paid $90 and it will not be there till Tuesday after I got home. I started thinking about it that’s a lot of money but it’s not even going overnight. Why didn’t the guy say that to me, well I guess you live and learn . but I’m not happy and I’m taking my business elsewhere"

"Last Thursday I have sent 34 pound package to my daughter in law and they received today Monday. The services I received was unbelievable. The y help me to take out my box from my car, hold the door provided additional tapes and they shipped and also indicated when my family will receive. when I was there I have seen they were providing similar services. I recommend this facility for great services. Ravji"
