"Normally I would give you 5 stars, but not today. Had to do a wire transfer and I Frank would get bifocals he wouldn't have to take his glasses on and off and get something done. He needs to learn his job. Melanie and Sam were very helpful and friendly. This was the first time I had a bad experience, and something that needed to be perfect. After we were home, Melanie called and told me that every thing went through and our closing will be a go tomorrow (not thanks to Frank!)"

"I was in the process of getting a mortgage when I contacted Frank Toland to get another option. I ended up staying with the original broker, even though his rate was a bit higher, because I did not want to delay my closing by switching mortgage companies. Oh, heavens, was that a mistake. They were so untrustworthy that I finally called Frank up to ask him a few questions about some of the stuff that was going on, to see if it was normal and on the up-and-up.
