"This location was a very good experience for me! I had to return 13 boxes. They helped me unload from my vehicle and was pleasant. Had a problem with Amazon but Ali was so patience and helped me solved the problem. Offered me some water and made sure I was seating down to make me comfortable. I had to hug him after the time consuming it took me to solve issue with Amazon. Ali was so caring and supportive. I will go there going forward. I was100% customer service satisfied!!!"

"I went to have something packaged and then printed a usps label for them. They said they could give it to the usps driver, as they pick up from them very soon that day. It has been 4 days and usps still says waiting for package. I went back to ups to try and verify usps had picked it up and they said they did but couldn't verify it nor would they look up my packaging receipt so I'd have a record of them handing it off as I lost my receipt. The person I dealt with was very uncooperative and rude. I have no way if knowing if they gave it to usps. Big mistake not to just bring it to the post office. I was charged $12 just to package a small box."
