"Would give zero if possible. Got here at 7:45. Was told would be a little while. After 3 hours was told it would be 2:00pm before they unload me. Had to be told by the Spotter. Would think the dock person would come say something. Very unprofessional! 8 hours later am being unloaded. The guy who unloaded me was the only bright spot."
