"I have such wonderful memories here. There are not many businesses left and they close pretty early even on the weekends. It would be so nice to see it the way it was, with bookstores, JC Penny, Yonkers, the ice cream store, and more businesses. The building is very clean inside."
"This mall is dead. If the rent wasn't sky high they would have more businesses. People left the malls for strips. And now they are flocking to downtown again. Used to be a great venue for events too. The old business model of charging huge corporations thousands and thousands of dollars each so that you can have a few stores carry the weight of the mall is over. We need new management."
