"Truck number D13920, almost caused a massive accident involving a semi (me) and the two cars behind me. Right lane closed construction on i-74 West near Le Roy. He was stopped on the entrance ramp and decided to wedge his truck between me and the car after our me from his full stop. I was doing the full 55 MPH. Fully loaded. I had to slam on brakes and do did the cars behind me."
