Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

"Just getting out of this location at 11:14AM & leaving this review. This Bank of America is right next to our home & I had to make a wire transfer this morning. I walked in & greeted the front lady. She asked my purpose & I explained. After a brief pause she said there is a wait time of 30-40 minutes. I asked the reason why & she said “our people are at lunch”. There is only one staff member helping other customers & the rest of the bank seems empty. I asked her what the lunch hours are and she replied saying there is no time. It’s our call. So just to clarify on things, they operate from 10-4PM and their lunch time starts at 11AM. Last week I tried walking in at 4PM and the doors were locked already. The same lady saw me struggle for a couple of times but did not even care to let me know they are closed. Wow to her professionalism!!"

"ATM is not working, waste of a drive and now I have to find an ATM and pay a fee. Considering switching to Chase, since this is not the first problem I've had with BOA lately."

"They no longer have ATM in front side of the bank. They moved it inside - was informed that u you can withdraw limits have been increased as the ATM is inside I have been banking from this location for over 10 years. They changed the layout inside. No more teller counter. It is only 1 teller on a closed window"
